All our tours are in Spanish and are led by native Spanish speaking professionals.
We pick up travellers from different hotels around downtown Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and North Vancouver. Please be ready 10 minutes before the stipulated time to confirm your reservation in the hotel lobby.
Our vehicles do not offer Wi-Fi services as we encourage travellers to optimize their travel experience by admiring the attractions and limiting internet time.
In light of the health protocols established by the Government of Canada to prevent the spread of COVID-19, you will be required to show proof of vaccination alongside a photo-ID to be able to access certain venues and attractions that are included in our tours.
You can reserve a tour in one of the following ways: online through our website, by phone, via our guides or with your hotel’s concierge.
If you book your reservation online, the payment is processed immediately via credit card. Phone reservations require in-person purchase which can be processed the day of the tour; however, your credit card information is required to reserve your spot in the tour.
The tours do not include meals or snacks. Depending on the tour, you will have some time to have lunch on your own account or buy snacks at one of our scheduled stops.
